Miller Park District Master Plan
The Miller Park District in Chattanooga’s City Center is comprised of an interconnected network of parks, plazas, multi-modal streetscapes, and alleyways. Collectively these spaces comprise the public realm which supports development activity, cultural activity, and social interaction. The goals of the open space network are to improve the quality and quantity of open space of all types in the Miller Park District while providing a clearly legible armature around which the life of the city can further develop supported by a vibrant and engaging pedestrian focused environment.
