Over the course of many years, Ross/Fowler has been fortunate to contribute to the greening of Downtown Knoxville and surrounding communities through urban streetscape and landscape improvement projects. By focusing on enhancing the urban environment at the pedestrian scale, Ross/Fowler has played a major role in the transformation of urban spaces where people want to live, work, and play.
