Ross/Fowler has extensive experience developing master plans at a variety of scales, from large regional land use plans to downtown, district, and campus plans. Working closely with the client, Ross/Fowler has established design guidelines and standards for several educational and corporate campuses including the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Baylor School, University School of Jackson, and the Unum Group.
