McFee Park Phase III
Following the acceptance of the Master Plan designed by Ross/Fowler, the Town of Farragut engaged us to design the next phase of the project implementation.
Phase 3 included mass grading of the entire site to accept future phases, the loop trail, utilities, a large event pavilion, tennis courts, basketball court, pervious paver parking lots, and the great lawn with event power
